How can i recover my piercings faster?

Qusetions: heyy im thirteen and i've my stomach button and nose pierced and i need to go swimming inside the pool however the chlorine will get it contaminated and i'm nervous that my nose piercing will fall out although swimming and it'll recover up. so is there anyway or anything at all to allow it to be recover up quickly make sure you its summer season i need to go swimming! (:
