My new tattoo is quite dry, but i don't have entry to good lotions. is there something i can do?

Qusetions: i am at present residing in Vietnam and i obtained a whole new tattoo on saturday (dec 4).
i was advised to maintain washing it, and maintain it clean and dry for at the very least four days.
i was offered an antibiotic cream, which i've been advised to set on after a day(for the three or so weeks).
But my tattoo feels genuinely dry and it is cracking a good deal. i never have entry to curel or any good tattoo solutions, for the reason that people type of issues are genuinely very difficult to arrive by in south east asia.
it's a bit unpleasant, but managable, and would seem to become scabbing up nicely.
But i am anxious it will not likely flip out effectively if it really is also dry.
is there something i can do, or is it okay to allow it dry out?

Answers:You genuinely will need to have anything on that. Nappy rash cream is your greatest wager. I never understand what it is possible to get more than there, but I use Bepanthen in case you can get your fingers on that. maintaining it dry will cause dropping color, as well as a larger threat of infection.

you need to set A&D Ointment on it. it keeps it moist.you dont want your tattoo to become to dry.
and be sure you wash it everytime you set your cream or whatsoever your working with.

Use any perfume totally free lotion on it. NOT vaseline or something identical.
NAppy rash lotions (bephanten) will be the greatest but when you cannot uncover it, uncover every other lotion.

Answers:You tend not to want the tattoo to "scab up nicely" infact you dont want it scabbing whatsoever in case you can protect against it. It hurts the therapeutic approach.

Scrabs perform good on wounds although not with tattoos.

Since you've almost nothing else.. And currently being in vietnam I dont understand what health supplies you've but uncover a generic ointment or lotion thats unscented and uncolored to implement about the skin. You wish to maintain it moist along with the scabs away.

Do NOT allow it dry out.. Oh and do anything about this currently except you wish to threat your tattoo more.
